Support for Factory Establishment

Main tasks

  • Analysis of factory location among individual locations, establishment procedure, and related legal counseling
  • Free agency service for the application of authorization/permission related to factory establishment
  • Consultation and arrangement on matters related to sales of the site and occupancy of the factory in national industrial complexes
  • Other factory establishment related funds, environment, tax information, etc.

How to use

  • Jurisdiction: Daegu Metropolitan City, Gyeongsangbuk-do (excluding Pohang, Yeongcheon, Gyeongju, Gyeongsan, and Cheongdo)
  • Target of consultation: Construction and expansion of a factory (including startup) and registration
  • Consultation time: 09:00 ～ 18:00
  • Consultation method: Visiting the Center or by phone
  • Inquiries: ☎070-8895-7733
  • Address: Central Headquarters of the Korea Industrial Complex Corporation, Gongdan-dong 164 Beonji, Gumi-si
  • ※ In areas outside its jurisdiction, consultation is through the factory establishment call center (1566-3636). Linking consultation requests with other regional centers (operating 10 centers nationwide) through the Gumi Center is also possible.
