In accordance with the Rural Income Source Development Promotion Act (Act No. 3689 of Dec. 31, 1983), a small-scale industrial complex was created in the rural areas to attract factories, thereby achieving balanced national land development through the industrialization of rural areas and utilizing idle labor in rural areas to boost the non-farm income of residents. The complex is located in Yeong-ri, Gisan-myeon, Chilgok-gun.
